TOP LINE Business Development Corp. has expanded its fuel retail footprint beyond Cebu after completing the rebranding of five service stations in Negros Oriental, which are expected to add 600,000 liters to the company’s sales volume.
The stations are the first outside Cebu to be rebranded under its Light Fuels retail brand, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
The initiative is part of Top Line’s broader cluster-based renovation and rebranding program covering stations in Cebu, Leyte, Siquijor, and Negros Oriental.
“This expansion is another step toward building a more accessible and customer-focused Light Fuels network across the Visayas,” Top Line Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer Brigitte Carmel Lapasaran Lim said.
“As we enter new growth areas, our goal is to provide motorists not only with reliable fuel access, but also with convenient services that support their everyday mobility needs,” she added.
Top Line said the five stations are located in Dumaguete City, Sibulan, Dauin, Valencia, and San Jose as part of its expansion in Negros Oriental.
The company is targeting the province as part of its broader expansion strategy in the Negros Island Region.
Renovations for two more clusters in Cebu, Leyte, and Siquijor are scheduled for completion by yearend.
In 2025, Top Line acquired 38 fuel retail stations, a two-million-liter depot facility, and 15 fuel tanker trucks from Total Oil & Gas Resources, Inc. and Ballston Metro Corp.
The company has allocated about P925 million for the acquisition and renovation of stations in Cebu and new locations as it expands its Light Fuels network in the Visayas.
Top Line previously said it was preparing broader depot development projects to expand storage operations, with estimated costs of as much as P1 billion.
At the local bourse on Thursday, shares in the company rose 2.22% or four centavos at P1.84 apiece. — Sheldeen Joy Talavera
